RETURN

You can refuse the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods. The product to be returned must be unused, in its original and undamaged packaging with labels. The buyer is responsible for the safety of the goods in the condition in which the goods were received, namely, the goods must be free of tobacco, perfume or other odors, as well as without traces of cosmetics or other stains, fibers.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if there is a cash receipt, receipt or invoice.

If the product does not match the ordered or it has a defect, change the product, choose another product of the same value or get your money back.

The right to return / exchange cannot be used by purchasing:

• sex toys and aids, accessories for their cleaning and storage;

• lubricants, massage oils and gels;

• perfumery, cosmetic and hygiene products (including stimulating cosmetics), razors and accessories; • condoms;

• spankers and whips, and other BDSM accessories with parts made of fabric, leather, latex or silicone; • bed linen and clothes made of latex and vinyl (PVC);

• stockings, tights, mesh dresses, catsuit overalls, bodysuits, underwear, as well as sets of underwear – if the protective packaging of the panties or stockings included in the set is opened;

• wigs;

• batteries;

• books;

• gift cards;

• kits containing the mentioned goods.

Our store will issue a refund only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Legal persons are not the Consumer and they are not entitled to return the purchase within 14 days.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

We wish that shopping at the ScandalToys store will bring you much joy and satisfaction. If the product does not match the ordered or it has a defect, change the product, choose another product of the same value or get your money back. To return or exchange an item, please submit a request to Customer Support by completing the return form.

After receiving the application, we will provide additional information on the procedure for returning the goods.

The buyer pays for sending the goods in accordance with the tariffs of the selected carrier and these costs are not reimbursed to the buyer.

Late or missing returns

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is sent.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gift items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know of your return.
